The Original Home: Humble Beginnings

This original bungalow, nestled among mature trees, offered simplicity and comfort but lacked space and architectural character. The homeowners came to us ready to transform their outdated home into something far more functional and timeless.

Concept Development: First Sketches

Our initial hand-drawn concept introduced a classic two-storey form, arched dormers, symmetrical garage doors, and large central windows. These traditional features would become the foundation of the new design.
