Every custom home begins with a vision. For this project, it started with a striking architectural rendering—a clean, modern design with strong symmetry, large windows, and timeless curb appeal. Now, that vision is well on its way to becoming reality.
We’re excited to share progress shots of this custom residence currently under construction, showing just how closely the structure is taking shape compared to the original design.
Construction in Progress
Fast forward to today: framing is complete, exterior cladding is underway, and interior drywall is being finished. Key architectural elements—like the arched windows, the prominent bay, and the grand portico—are now clearly visible.

One of the standout interior features of this home is the soaring two-storey fireplace wall. Currently wrapped in cement board and prepped for finishing, this linear fireplace will serve as a dramatic focal point in the main living space. The surrounding drywall work is nearly complete, and scaffolding is in place as we finalize the upper trim and lighting details. Once finished, this space will bring warmth, scale, and a modern edge to the heart of the home.

The raised living room is taking shape, with coffered ceilings and a dramatic curved bay window that brings in beautiful natural light. Clean lines and thoughtful proportions are already setting the tone for a bright, welcoming space.

What’s Next For This Custom Home?
In the coming weeks, we’ll move into the finishing stages—installing millwork, flooring, cabinetry, and exterior detailing. Landscaping and final touches will follow shortly after.
Stay tuned for the final reveal, where we’ll showcase the completed space with all the interior finishes.
