3D Model

The Ovida Avenue Garden Suite is currently under construction, following Cadaxx Design’s architectural plans. Once complete, the two-story dwelling will showcase premium materials, energy-efficient systems, and modern finishes. Careful attention is being given to integrating the mix of wood, stucco, and stone exterior while ensuring durability and lasting performance. Installation of large, floor-to-ceiling windows requires precise coordination to balance natural light with structural stability. The upcoming balcony and interior spaces are designed to enhance livability and rental appeal. Construction progress reflects a collaborative effort between design and building teams, turning Cadaxx’s vision into a new standard for Toronto’s garden suites.
