.This project required a detailed and challenging design and permitting process due to its proximity to the creek and inclusion within a TRCA-regulated area.
Our team completed the architectural drawings while coordinating closely with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority to address natural hazard limits, grading constraints, and setback requirements. Additional technical documents and site reviews were incorporated to ensure full compliance. With both city and TRCA approvals now secured, the project can move forward confidently into construction.
