Design Process
The design process began with an in-depth consultation and site analysis to understand the client’s goals and existing conditions.
Cadaxx Design created several concept sketches exploring rooflines, materials, and entry details before moving into digital 3D renderings.
Each version refines the façade composition while improving light, flow, and structural harmony.
The project remains in the design phase as we finalize proportions, elevations, and zoning considerations to prepare for permit submission.
