Design Process
The design process began with a detailed review of the existing home, site conditions, and the client’s goals for the addition.
Several design concepts were explored to create a cohesive second-floor addition and rear extension while maintaining the character of the existing home.
The design was refined through 3D studies, focusing on rooflines, window placement, exterior materials, and the relationship between the new and existing portions of the house.
The project is currently in the design phase, with the plans being developed and refined in preparation for permit submission.
