The design process for this Winnett custom home focused on balancing modern aesthetics with neighbourhood context. We refined the massing, selected light brick with a contrasting metal roof, and optimized window placement for natural light. Iterations included renderings, sketches, and façade studies to achieve a cohesive, contemporary architectural expression.
