Our client wanted to maximize their lot area by adding a rear addition to their bungalow. One of their concerns was the lack of space. By extending the house at the rear, they could keep the charming characteristics of a bungalow.

The clients now have a large living space, including a gym room.

They also wanted to fully utilize their backyard by adding a gazebo and a shed.
